Job Description
Join our International operations team to drive fleet allocation strategy and execution across Europe. In this newly created role, you'll own the critical 0-13 week planning horizon, directly impacting how thousands of delivery partners receive vehicles to serve customers across the region.
As a Fleet Scheduling Analyst, you'll develop comprehensive allocation plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal fleet deployment to meet customer demand while balancing complex supply chain constraints.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 13-week fleet allocation plans that account for supply chain complexity, demand variability, and cross-functional dependencies while ensuring clear visibility for delivery partners through forecasting tools
- Coordinate weekly deployment cycles across multiple stakeholders to optimize fleet utilization, achieve on-time vehicle deployment targets, and maintain seamless capacity coverage across the network
- Analyze execution performance against plans, identifying gaps and root causes to inform continuous improvement in planning accuracy and operational efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including capacity planning, central operations, fleet management, and procurement—to balance competing priorities and resolve capacity challenges
- Translate operational complexity into actionable insights, using detailed knowledge of supplier constraints, delivery partner requirements, and deployment lead times to optimize geographic matching and mitigate risks
A day in the life
You'll focus on weekly fleet planning cycles for our delivery stations, analyzing execution data to refine future plans and identify optimization opportunities. Your day involves collaborating across multiple teams—from capacity planning and central operations to fleet management and delivery partners—to translate demand forecasts into actionable deployment strategies.
You'll dive into operational details, examining supplier capacity, geographic matching requirements, and deployment timelines to surface risks and opportunities. You'll present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, challenge assumptions with data-driven insights, and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and on-time vehicle deployment performance.
About the team
We're building a more responsive and efficient fleet operations function across Europe. Our team partners closely with demand planners, operations execution teams, fleet management, and delivery partners to ensure the right vehicles reach the right locations at the right time.
We're focused on balancing competing priorities—demand volatility against supplier capacity, cost efficiency against geographic optimization, and short-term deployment needs against long-term fleet health. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your insights directly influence how we serve customers and support our delivery partners. We value transparent communication, reliable follow-through, and creative problem-solving as we work together to strengthen our operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment
- Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics or equivalent
- Background in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
