If you thrive in a dynamic role where technology, business and coordination come together, this could be the opportunity for you. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Engineering teams, as well as other internal functions, to develop competitive tenders based on customer requirements. As each tender brings different needs and challenges, we are looking for someone with technical curiosity, commercial thinking and a structured approach to their work.

You will join a growing, international and collaborative team where colleagues support each other. At the same time, you will have clear ownership of your own tenders and the opportunity to continuously develop your technical and commercial knowledge.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Prepare accurate quotations aligned with product configuration, pricing and lead times.
  • Manage multiple tenders and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to winning projects that support reliable and sustainable energy infrastructure worldwide.
  • Improve tendering processes, share best practices, and support continuous learning within the team.

Your Background

  • Experience in a technical and/or commercial environment, e.g. tendering/estimating, technical sales or project coordination.
  • Ability to structure and prioritize your work while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and in an international environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of your work, gather relevant information and independently drive tasks forward.
  • Fluent communication skills in English. Swedish or additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Previous knowledge of our products or experience from the electrical industry is highly regarded.

We believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and rewarded.
