Vos futures missions :
En rejoignant notre équipe, vous participerez à différentes missions, toutes orientées vers la sécurisation de notre chaîne d'approvisionnement des pièces et sous-ensembles composites et métalliques, la maîtrise des coûts et la performance industrielle. Ensemble, nous contribuerons à l’activité du Airframe Procurement Operations (EDSM) en pilotant les projets majeurs de transferts industriels (Buy to Buy) pour l'ensemble de nos gammes d'hélicoptères.
Au sein du département EDSM, vous serez le chef d'orchestre transversal à la croisée des Opérations, des Achats, de la Qualité, du Manufacturing Engineering, du Bureau d’Etudes, de la Finance et des fournisseurs internationaux. Vous garantirez la tenue des engagements calendaires, budgétaires et réglementaires tout en assurant une continuité de livraison à nos clients internes basés en France, en Allemagne et en Espagne.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Pilotage des transferts industriels (Stage-Gate) : Piloter l'intégralité du cycle de vie des projets de transferts d'activités selon la méthodologie par jalons (Stage-Gate / Gates), de la stratégie initiale jusqu'à la pérennisation de la performance chez le fournisseur prenant.
- Animation des équipes Multi-métiers et communication : Garantir la coordination et cohésion de l’équipe multi-métiers tout au long de la vie du projet. Assurer une communication claire entre les différentes parties prenantes au sein de l’équipe et du Top Management.
- Cadrage budgétaire & Suivi financier : Bâtir et consolider les demandes de budget des projets (CapEx, OpEx), présenter et défendre les demandes d'enveloppes auprès des Directions Achats et Programmes et assurer le contrôle de gestion mensuel des consommations.
- Maturité industrielle & Qualité : Garantir la maturité des procédés et la qualité chez les fournisseurs, le déploiement des évaluations / audit de surveillance des fournisseurs, les démarches qualité (AMDEC / PFMEA, APQP) et la revue des premiers articles (FAI) au travers de tests d’intégration en chaîne.
- Sécurisation Supply Chain : Assurer la continuité de service client en imposant la mise en place de stocks tampons (Buffer Stock) et en pilotant la bascule opérationnelle (Ramp-down / Ramp-up) sans impact sur les lignes d'assemblage.
- Performance & Compétitivité : Animer la démarche d'optimisation économique (ex: Design-to-Cost) pour réduire les coûts récurrents et piloter les indicateurs clés (OTD, OTQ, adhérence planning) via les tableaux de bord partagés au sein de l'entreprise.
Votre profil :
- Niveau d’expérience professionnelle minimum attendu : 7 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le secteur industriel (Aéronautique, Défense, Énergie, Naval), combinant de l'ingénierie/conseil en performance industrielle et la gestion opérationnelle de projets complexes.
- Expertise technique liée au poste : Diplôme d'Ingénieur (Grande École généraliste type Mines, CentraleSupélec, Arts et Métiers) ou Bac+5 équivalent. Solide maîtrise du pilotage par jalons (Stage-Gate), des démarches de maturité fournisseur, des outils Lean / AMDEC / VSM, de la gestion budgétaire industrielle (CapEx/OpEx) et des outils bureautiques (Excel/VBA, Google Workspace).
- Langue : Français courant/maîtrisé et Anglais courant certifié (niveau C1 minimum).
- Soft skills: Leadership transversal d'influence, Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, Communication & Diplomatie, Agilité & Résolution de problèmes.

Your future missions:
By joining our team, you will participate in different missions, all focused on securing our supply chain of composite and metallic elementary parts and sub-assemblies, cost control, and industrial performance. Together, we will contribute to the activity of the Airframe Procurement Operations (EDSM) department by managing major industrial transfer projects (Buy to Buy) across all our helicopter lines.
Within the EDSM department, you will act as a cross-functional project leader at the intersection of Operations, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Design office, Finance and international suppliers. You will guarantee compliance with schedule, budget, and regulatory milestones while ensuring seamless delivery continuity to our internal customers located in France, Germany and Spain.
Your main missions will be:
- Industrial transfer governance (Stage-Gate): Lead the entire lifecycle of industrial transfer projects (Buy to Buy) using the stage-gate methodology (Stage-Gate / Gates), from initial strategic framing to long-term performance stabilization at the receiving supplier.
- Multi-functional team lead and communication: Ensure the coordination and cohesion of the multidisciplinary team throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate clear communication among the various stakeholders within the team and with senior management.
- Budget framing & Financial follow-up: Build and consolidate the budget requests (CapEx, OpEx), present and defend budget requests to Strategic Procurement and Program Management, and manage monthly spending controls.
- Industrial maturity & Quality: Guarantee process maturity and quality across suppliers, deploy assessments and audits, quality frameworks (FMEA / PFMEA, APQP), and First Article Inspections (FAI), including integration tests..
- Supply Chain securing: Ensure customer service continuity by enforcing buffer stock implementation (Buffer Stock) and managing operational transitions (Ramp-down / Ramp-up) with zero impact on assembly lines.
- Performance & Competitiveness: Drive economic optimization initiatives (Design-to-Cost) to minimize recurring costs and monitor key performance indicators (OTD, OTQ, schedule adherence) using company dashboards.
Your profile:
- Minimum required professional experience level: 7 to 10 years of experience in the industrial sector (Aerospace, Defense, Energy, Naval), combining industrial performance consulting/engineering and complex project management.
- Technical expertise related to the position: Master’s Degree or Engineering Degree (Top General Engineering School or equivalent). Proven mastery of stage-gate project governance, supplier maturity assessment, Lean / FMEA / VSM tools, industrial budget management (CapEx/OpEx), and office/collaboration tools (Excel/VBA, Google Workspace).
- Language: Fluent French and Fluent English (C1 minimum certified).
- Soft skills: Cross-functional influence leadership, Analytical & Synthesis mindset, Communication & Diplomacy, Agility & Problem-solving.
