At Airbus, we are not just defining the future of flight; we are fundamentally pioneering the next generation of aerospace production. This transformation requires a complete overhaul of our digital ecosystem, and we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Integration Manager to lead this journey. Operating within the "Digital for Operations" department—the cornerstone of our industrial transformation—you will serve as an essential "translator/connector leader." In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between large-scale SAP architectures and strategic digital roadmaps, turning complex frameworks into tangible, effective realities on our high-pressure shop floors as we simplify, streamline, and unlock the full potential of advanced technologies.

The modern industrial landscape presents immense challenges, from massive production ramp-ups to rapid technological acceleration and complex, cross-functional ERP deployments across diverse sites. To tackle these hurdles, you will join the Solution Management Team (SMT), a transversal, high-impact unit dedicated to strategic unblocking. Where process ownership is decentralized, fragmented, or unclear, the SMT provides the critical clarity, authoritative direction, and structural framework required to accelerate value capture. As a catalyst for solutions, you will function as part of an agile commando team tasked with structuring complex issues into actionable "Epics," arbitrating roadblocks, managing governance, and ensuring seamless operational delivery that turns obstacles into sustainable successes.

Your primary mission in this role will be to lead the integration of our newly acquired Belfast activities into the Airbus ERP environment. As part of this critical Post-Merger & Acquisition (M&A) initiative, you will drive the transition of all legacy operational activities from their existing digital ecosystem into our state-of-the-art S/4HANA-based ERP architecture. If you possess the expertise to navigate high-stakes digital transformations and want to directly shape the future of aerospace operations, we invite you to join us.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • Strategic Translation: You will lead in-depth workshops to translate operational shop-floor needs into end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes.
  • Governance: Act as a content authority within our Multi-Functional Teams (MFTs), ensuring all SAP developments align with our "Fit-to-Standard" approach to minimize local customization while putting the customer experience &  overall operational efficiency at the heart of everything ⇒ Compromise finder is a key word for your position.
  • Executive Communication: You don't just "talk tech." You distill highly complex SAP logics into clear, business-driven visualizations that secure buy-in from top-level stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: You will drive the reimagining of E2E flows to support our aircraft production ramp-up goals.
  • Bridge the Gap: Collaborate hand-in-hand with our IM (Information Management) department and site operations to find the right compromise between system standards and business value.
