Work Flexibility: Onsite

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10:15pm, with OT as needed by the business.


What you will do:

  • Coordinate production resources and schedules to meet daily output goals.
  • Train team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor hourly performance and ensure attainment targets are achieved.
  • Execute production schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Troubleshoot equipment, process, and quality issues as the first point of contact.
  • Document and communicate issues through daily improvement processes.
  • Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability.

What you need:

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience

  

 

$27.00/hr. + $2.00/hr. Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.
