Job Description

Amazon Brazil is looking for a Program Manager to own the end-to-end New Seller Recruitment (NSR) funnel and accelerate the BR Marketplace.
In this role, you will connect New Seller Launches to the drivers that convert into GMS: New Seller Success, Selection, FBA, Ads, and Discoverability. You will link the drivers across the funnel, pinpoint where performance deviates from plan, and turn that into insight and action for the SSR-M, DSR, Mentor, Marketing, and Program/Product teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end NSR metrics view across the full funnel — Launches, New Seller Success, Selection, FBA Attach, FTAC, Pricing, Ads Penetration, Discoverability, SWAS, and GMS conversion, connecting inputs to outputs and surfacing the "so what" for leadership.
- Own WBR/MBR and OP1/OP2 metrics responsibility for NSR: build and monitor weekly scorecards, set and track input/output goals across contributing teams, and produce leadership-ready narratives and blurbs.
- Determine the need for deep dives and counter-actions when metrics deviate from plan, decomposing the funnel to isolate root cause (selection volume vs. discoverability vs. conversion vs. pricing).
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with SSR-M, DSR, Mentor, and SSR Marketing teams, aligning weekly on support needs, data integrity, and collaboration opportunities.
- Partner with BI on data validation, methodology consistency, and dashboard automation to ensure the weekly NSR read is accurate and timely.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience in e-commerce
