Performance Manager

Role Purpose

Develops and implements comprehensive performance management frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making across JLL operations. Establishes key performance indicators, creates measurement systems, and produces analytical reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Coordinates cross-functional initiative prioritization, tracks progress against strategic objectives, and leads problem-solving teams using data analysis to drive behavioral transformation and operational improvements. Maintains governance processes, consolidates initiative portfolios, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement while monitoring technology platform performance and measuring change adoption success.

 

What this job involves:

  • Develops and implements performance management frameworks across JLL operations, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), creating measurement systems, and producing analytical reports that inform business decisions
  • Works closely with senior leadership to track progress against strategic objectives and identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Analyzes performance data across multiple dimensions, including financial metrics, service delivery standards, client satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency measures, translating complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, executive summaries, and presentation materials
  • Documents, communicates, and ensures compliance with governance and workflow processes
  • Collaborates with senior management and business teams to develop, implement, and track business benefits and tangible value from solution delivery
  • Consolidates information regarding requested initiatives, maintains the initiative list, and works with account leadership to prioritize initiatives for timely and unified solutions
  • Understands strategic and tactical business operations to appropriately prioritize solutions that support decision-making
  • Coordinates with SMEs in BI CoE, IT, and business units to deliver solutions
  • Prepares, organizes, and facilitates key meetings including team sessions, stakeholder reviews, status updates, and initiative prioritization discussions
  • Leads problem-solving teams using data analysis to develop recommendations that transform behaviors and achieve improvement objectives
  • Develops and administers assessments to measure stakeholder change readiness, adoption metrics, and progress toward goals
  • Defines and tracks success metrics, monitors change progress, and reports innovation program performance with quantified value delivery
  • Monitors implementation timelines, escalates risks and resistance, and executes risk mitigation tactics
  • Maintains change management playbooks, processes, methods, and resources including presentation materials and best practice documentation
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying client needs and recommending enhancements that drive sustained change
  • Maintains and monitors performance across all technology platforms for both JLL and client stakeholders while driving digital innovation and operational excellence

 

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years in performance management, business analytics, or strategic operations roles
  • Strong expertise in KPI development, performance measurement frameworks, and data analysis methodologies
  • Proven experience creating executive dashboards, reports, and presentation materials that drive business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability facilitating strategic meetings, including stakeholder reviews and initiative prioritization sessions
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, operational efficiency measures, and service delivery standards
  • Track record developing change readiness assessments and adoption metrics to measure program success
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools, data visualization platforms, and reporting systems
  • Experience maintaining governance frameworks, playbooks, and process documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
