Wir suchen ein neues Teammitglied für das Financial Services Clients & Industry Business Development Team in Zürich ab dem 01.11.2026 (oder nach Vereinbarung) mit einem Pensum von 80-100%. Du unterstützt das Team im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst Verantwortung für verschiedene Aufgaben und Projekte.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

• Business Development Associate als Teil von Account-Teams für strategische Kunden.
• Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachteams, Entwicklung von Businessplänen, Unterstützung ihrer Agenden sowie proaktive Nachverfolgung und Förderung der Geschäftsentwicklung.
• Unterstützung bei ausgewählten grossen Offertenerstellungen. Koordination externer Go-to-Market sowie interner AI-Initiativen.
• Aufbau und Pflege eines fundierten und aktuellen Verständnisses von Markt- und Kundeninsights, einschliesslich der Kundenbeziehungen, der Geschäftstätigkeit und Strategie.
• Aufbau eines umfassenden Verständnisses der Dienstleistungen von EY über alle Service Lines hinweg. Mit Freiraum, nach der Einarbeitung eigene Business-Development-Impulse zu entwickeln.  
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Praxis für Banken und Kapitalmärkte.

Was wir suchen

• Du hast dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Business Administration oder ähnliches abgeschlossen.

• Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Markets & Business Development sammeln.

• Du interessierst dich für die Financial-Services-Branche.

• Du bist belastbar, organisiert, hoch motiviert und lernbereit.
• Du bist offen gegenüber neuen Technologien und AI-Anwendungen und nutzt diese sicher und verantwortungsvoll, um Daten und Informationen effizient aufzubereiten, zu analysieren und daraus wertvolle Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen.
• Du bringst Energie, Begeisterung und den Mut mit, Aufgaben und Projekte selbstständig voranzutreiben.

• Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.

• Du denkst pragmatisch und handelst proaktiv.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $X to $X.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
