Patient Recruitment Specialist - Belgrade, Serbia | IQVIA Job

IQVIA is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist to support the delivery of patient recruitment and retention activities for global clinical studies. In this role, you will partner with study teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate recruitment deliverables, maintain study documentation, track timelines, and help ensure successful study execution.

You will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across multiple countries, ensuring materials, documentation, and project activities are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery of patient recruitment and retention activities for assigned clinical studies.
• Coordinate the translation, production, and distribution of patient-facing and study materials.
• Prepare and manage country-specific submission packages and recruitment documentation.
• Track study timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate study data and documentation within designated systems and platforms.
• Partner with Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Project Management, Finance, and external vendors to ensure effective study delivery.
• Contribute to project reporting, financial tracking, and operational reviews.
• Identify risks or issues, and escalate as appropriate.
• Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with company, quality, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or project coordination environment preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and the drug development process is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
