Audio Sales GTMs are aligned to the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization and work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), global Go to Market (GTM) teams, and Product. They are responsible for: 1) Scaling audio GTM strategies across LCS; 2) Developing and implementing tailored vertical strategies; 3) Service and operations team engagement as it pertains to new and emerging products; 4) Partnering with LCS and Marketing to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes; and 5) Representing Amazon Ads externally at industry events to drive annual commitments.


Key job responsibilities
Drive the Mexico Amazon Ads Audio sales strategy by serving as a primary liaison between Product organizations and Mexico sales teams
• Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies that address varied requirements across Locales
• Partner with other SGTM teams to create and maintain sales enablement frameworks that help teams articulate our audio media and ad tech capabilities to customers and stakeholders
• Partner with Product Marketing to develop compelling narratives around our advertising solutions
• Analyze, contextualize and communicate industry developments to sales teams and customers
• Support global sales teams gathering voice of the customer (VOC) and blockers
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure GTM strategies align with holistic Amazon Ads Sales GTM
• Establish a partnership with internal and external senior business leaders to drive the business forward
• Identify and provide the right metrics to measure success, providing meaningful feedback to stakeholders through ownership of monthly organizational business reviews
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans that increase adoption of strategic initiatives
• Effectively communicate the business strategy to all levels of the organization

Basic Qualifications:

- 8+ years (preferred) of digital advertising experience
- 3+ years (required) of audio/radio advertising experience
- Effectively works cross-functionally (Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Yield, Product, Marketing)
- Ability to drive solutions to difficult problems
- Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Deep relationships within the advertising industry across both advertisers and agencies
- Audio ads measurement expertise
