Network Engineer
Required Qualifications & Experience
CCNA certification (minimum requirement).
Hands-on experience with multiple Cisco device models and strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies. Solid understanding of LAN concepts and day-to-day network operations.
Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Cisco network devices.
Working experience with SD-WAN technologies and routing policies.
Experience with DNS and DHCP server deployment, configuration, record management, and troubleshooting.
Experience troubleshooting wireless networking issues, including Cisco Access Points and Wireless Controllers.
Ability to resolve network-related incidents, system failures, routing changes, and infrastructure updates.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand and address requirements.
Experience managing escalations, resolving technical issues within SLA targets, and contributing to problem management processes.
Experience performing IOS upgrades across Layer 2 and Layer 3 Cisco switching platforms.
Experience configuring and supporting routing protocols and technologies, including OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, BGP, ACLs, PPP, Wireless VPN, and related networking services.
Understanding of network architecture across all OSI layers, including cabling and physical connectivity concepts.
Strong knowledge of routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
Experience with network monitoring tools, monitoring setup, and troubleshooting.
Proven customer support experience, including test case execution, results validation, and direct client interaction.
Ability to document operational activities, incidents, and customer interactions on a daily basis.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of firewall technologies and security concepts.
Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
Experience with AWS networking services and cloud networking concepts.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 a year
