Program Manager - QTC & Finance M&A Integration
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced contract Program Manager to lead program governance, execution, and delivery for the Quote to Cash (QTC) and Finance workstream of a strategic Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration initiative. This role contributes to the end-to-end program plan, cross-functional coordination, and execution discipline required to integrate an acquired company's business processes and systems into the existing CRM and SAP ERP platform landscape.
You will partner closely with the QTC & Finance Product Manager, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, and the acquired company's stakeholders to build the program roadmap, manage governance and reporting, drive risk and dependency management, and ensure a seamless, compliant, and minimally disruptive transition onto the platform. This is an execution and delivery leadership role that complements the Product Manager's ownership of requirements, scope, and functional design.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the end-to-end program timeline for the QTC and Finance M&A integration workstream, from discovery through go-live, hypercare, and decommissioning of transition state.
Partner with BPO/PMO leadership, the Product Manager, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate the vision, scope, and gap analysis for QTC and Finance integration into a structured program plan with clear milestones and deliverables.
Engage with SAP FI/CO, SD, and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) functional and technical teams to estimate level of effort, sequencing, and feasibility of delivery for quoting, pricing, order booking, invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and financial close workstreams.
Establish and run program governance, including meeting cadence and artifacts such as Scrum of Scrums, Steering Committee/Operating Committee, RAID logs, Wiki/SharePoint repositories, and integrated project schedules tailored to the M&A integration timeline.
Coordinate data migration, integration, and cutover planning across customer, contract, pricing, product, and financial master data workstreams, ensuring alignment with dual-run/parallel processing and business continuity requirements.
Manage the cross-workstream dependency map across Order Management, Billing, Tax, and other M&A integration workstreams, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts, blockers, and resourcing gaps.
Drive execution and monitoring by tracking progress against the plan, managing scope, schedule, and budget trade-offs, escalating risks and issues, and ensuring timely decision-making by sponsors and cross-functional leads.
Own program-level stakeholder communication and status reporting to the M&A Integration PMO.
Coordinate UAT scheduling and readiness, cutover/go-live planning, release communications, hypercare support, and post-go-live stabilization before disbanding the program team.
Support change management and training logistics to prepare acquired company employees and internal teams for the new platform and processes.
Ensure statutory, tax, revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), and audit requirements are reflected in the program plan and tracked to closure in partnership with Finance and Controllership.

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience delivering complex, multi-functional technology programs, ideally with exposure to Finance/ERP platforms and M&A integration, carve-out, or platform consolidation projec ts.
Proven experience managing programs involving CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and SAP ERP, particularly SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling). SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
Solid working knowledge of end-to-end Quote to Cash processes, including pricing/CPQ, contract management, order booking, billing/invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, cash application, and core finance and accounting principles such as ASC 606/IFRS 15, tax, and statutory reporting.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams of business and technical resources and coordinating data migration and system cutover planning for customer, product, pricing, and financial master data.
Strong command of program governance tools and practices, including RAID logs, integrated schedules, steering committee reporting, backlog and dependency tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar), and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models typical of large enterprise integration programs, and the ability to apply the appropriate methodology based on program needs.
Exceptional stakeholder management, executive presence, and verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across Sales, Finance, IT, Engineering, and executive leadership.
Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to operate effectively and autonomously in ambiguous, time-sensitive environments while recognizing and escalating critical issues quickly.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience integrating an acquired company's CRM/ERP environment into a parent company's platform ecosystem.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPQ, SAP Hybris Billing, and SAP Finance/Treasury.
Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-country finance operations.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent Program Management certification.
Prior consulting experience with M&A integrations, divestitures, or enterprise CRM/ERP transformation programs.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
The QTC and Finance program plan is executed on schedule, with clear governance, risk visibility, and cross-workstream alignment throughout the M&A integration lifecycle.
Minimal business disruption during cutover, supported by clean data migration, validated financial reporting, and a well-managed hypercare period.
Strong cross-functional alignment and communication between Sales, Finance, IT, the Product Manager, and the acquired company's teams.
Transparent and well-maintained program artifacts, including RAID logs, project schedules, and status reporting, enabling timely decisions by sponsors and leadership.
