Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Proven experience managing complex cybersecurity and network programs covering multi-site discovery, design, build, migration, operational transition, and managed-service delivery.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams such as Site Vault, firewall build and operations, third-party connectivity, Zero Trust/Zscaler, internet ingress/egress, WAF, cloud edge security, and Secure Connected Shops/OT networks.

• Strong project governance skills covering integrated plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, assumptions, risks, issues, decisions, actions, changes, and executive reporting.

• Experience leading global site rollouts using pilot, wave, or phased deployment models while coordinating site IT/OT, network, facilities, maintenance, compute, security, cloud, application, SOC, procurement, and vendor teams.

• Ability to manage technical deliverables including discovery outputs, HLDs, LLDs, network diagrams, bills of materials, implementation runbooks, test plans, rollback plans, as-built documentation, SOPs, and handover evidence.

• Experience with resource planning, demand forecasting, workstream coordination, onboarding, utilization tracking, schedule control, and escalation management across onshore and offshore delivery teams.

• Working knowledge of incident, request, problem, change, CAB, release, configuration, vulnerability, compliance, and lifecycle-management processes.

• Experience planning maintenance windows, migrations, cutovers, UAT, hypercare, stabilization, operational-readiness reviews, knowledge transfer, and service acceptance.

• Ability to track service performance, delivery KPIs, SLA/OLA commitments, quality, risks, corrective actions, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

• Experience managing customer, supplier, OEM, product-vendor, and internal stakeholder communications, including status reviews, steering committees, technical workshops, and escalation forums.

• Working knowledge of ITAR/export-control, CUI or EC environments, FedRAMP, China data-residency constraints, and regulated-access requirements.

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, or comparable project/service-management certification is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for assigned Secure Network Build and Operational Support workstreams and site deployments.

• Establish project governance, delivery methodology, roles, responsibilities, communication cadence, escalation paths, quality controls, and integrated reporting.

• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan covering discovery, design, procurement dependencies, build, migration, testing, cutover, stabilization, documentation, and handover.

• Coordinate delivery across Site Vault, firewall, third-party access, Zero Trust/Zscaler, internet ingress/egress, WAF, cloud, Secure Connected Shops, and related operational workstreams.

• Manage site-readiness activities and dependencies involving hardware, licensing, circuits, rack and stack, cabling, IP addressing, DNS, identity, certificates, firewall rules, access, change windows, and local resources.

• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, actions, change requests, resource constraints, and remediation plans through closure.

• Facilitate project kickoffs, discovery workshops, design reviews, implementation-readiness reviews, CAB coordination, cutover checkpoints, hypercare reviews, a nd service-acceptance meetings.

• Ensure technical and project documentation is completed, reviewed, approved, version controlled, and retained according to customer and audit requirements.

• Coordinate UAT, implementation validation, rollback readiness, cutover communications, outage notifications, post-implementation review, and transition to operations.

• Provide accurate status reporting to customer and delivery leadership, highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, financial or resource considerations, risks, decisions required, and recovery actions.

• Manage stakeholder alignment across GE Aerospace sponsors, global and site leads, business and validation teams, IT/OT, network, facilities, maintenance, compute, security, cloud, SOC, vendors, and TCS delivery teams.

• Coordinate incident and delivery escalations, remove blockers, drive root-cause and corrective-action follow-up, and maintain transparent customer communications.

• Plan and govern operational readiness, SOP completion, knowledge transfer, training, stabilization, support-model activation, and formal handover to L1/L2/L3 teams.

• Ensure delivery follows approved cybersecurity policies, architectures, change controls, ITAR/export-control boundaries, access requirements, safety considerations, and site operating constraints.

• Drive standardization, lessons learned, reusable templates, automation opportunities, quality improvement, and delivery optimization across rollout waves.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
