Designation: Senior Executive HSE

Qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety/BE/BSc/MSc in Environmental Science/Engineering/EHS related qualification

Industry Type: IT / FM Service

Experience: 3 – 4 years

Technical Skills: MS Office & Mail communication

Generic Skills: Communication, Interpersonal, knowledge of International Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PWD standards)

Behaviors: Achievement oriented, Teamwork, Learning attitude & Positive thinking

Job Aim:

Drive HSE objectives to improve staff behaviors, achieve Zero accident/incident targets, and mitigate risks through continuous technical and soft service support.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 EMS documentation (HIRA, OCP's, PPE, EMP, AIL, etc.)

• Coordinate EHS audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented

• Evaluate effectiveness of EHS programs and contractor compliance

• Monitor wellness rooms/clinics and maintain records

• Conduct internal audits and report results to Management Representative

• Ensure compliance with regulatory/legislative requirements and corporate directives

• Monitor and measure EHS performance; present reports to top management (MRM)

• Evaluate service providers on EHS clauses and prepare Scope of Work

• Assess all chemicals used at location and ensure wellness equipment calibration

• Organize health talks, health camps, and blood donation drives

• Conduct training and awareness programs on EMS, ISO, Incident reporting, and Emergency Preparedness

• Liaise with hospitals and consultants for employee healthcare

• Conduct Medical Emergency Mock drills with workplace team

• Analyze waste segregation data across PAN India facilities

• Implement PWD standards and communicable disease protocols per Client and Government guidelines.
