Multiple Positions Available:

• Manage projects and initiatives, provide progress reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for significant milestones and mitigate conditions affecting project cost or schedule.
• Lead installation and operation quality inspections and equipment commissioning for base building/MHE equipment drive continuous improvement.
• Lead RME input for development of Building templates specification and site specific composites.
• Lead continuous improvement for all new buildings/retrofits including cross functional collaboration with design and construction, change management and procurement.
• Support construction and launch execution teams leveraging discussions with vendors and other departments representatives.
• Integrate RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) policies and deliverables into the launch plans and provide guidance and direction to other departments to cascade this into the designs, contract and commissioning phases.
• Capture lessons-learned and develop/execute action plans to improve quality or efficiency of new facility launches.
• Specify and coordinate standards and deliverables for new equipment being turned over to RME.
• Understand the anticipated life cycle cost based on initial design and planned design improvements.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $76600 - $114900)

Basic Qualifications:

A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field and 1 year of
experience in job offered, or operations engineering, reliability engineering, industrial engineering, project engineering, or a related occupation.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations
Management, or a related field and 3 years of experience in job offered, or operations engineering, reliability engineering, industrial engineering, project engineering, or a related
occupation.
One year of experience must include the following:
1. Utilizing AutoCAD to design and construct projects.
2. Utilizing analytical tools to design data charts and graphs including strategic layout design and planning.
3. Leading cross-functional operations teams to provide design input and management techniques.
4. Reporting and presenting engineering analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
