The Opportunity

Are you passionate about global mobility and helping employees navigate international assignments? We are looking for a Project Worker Partner to join our Global Mobility team and play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for international assignees and their families.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact and case manager for employees on international assignments, as well as for internal stakeholders and external service providers. Working closely with Project Worker Coordinators, Advisors, and cross-functional teams, you will support the successful execution of our international assignment programs while ensuring a high level of service, compliance, and employee experience.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Serve as the central point of contact for employees, managers, HR teams, and external vendors throughout the lifecycle of international assignments.
• Manage short-term and long-term international assignments, providing end-to-end guidance and support to assignees and their families.
• Collaborate closely with Project Worker Coordinators, Advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure assignments are delivered efficiently and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with external partners and service providers to facilitate immigration, relocation, tax, and assignment-related services.
• Monitor assignment activities to ensure timely delivery, high-quality service, and a positive employee experience.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and levels of seniority.
• Contribute to Global Mobility initiatives and continuous improvement projects that enhance assignment processes and programs.

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tax, Law, Human Resources, or another relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility, international assignment management, employee services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of international assignment administration, immigration, taxation, and employment regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
