Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead sophisticated digital innovation and transformation initiatives at BP Corporation N.A., Inc. This role demands a strategic problem solver with a strong grasp of agile methodology proven track record ability to deliver impactful solutions.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead and handle the full lifecycle of multiple, concurrent digital projects, from inception to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
* Implement and champion Agility core practices across project teams, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and iterative development.
* Supervise Benefits Management, meticulously tracking and reporting on project benefits realization to key team members.
* Drive Configuration management and related processes, ensuring robust control over project assets and results.
* Collaborate closely with data architects and engineers on Data design and Data Management strategies to ensure data integrity and accessibility for digital products.
* Apply Develop Thinking principles to understand user needs, ideate innovative solutions, and ensure user-centric product development.
* Orchestrate Digital Innovation initiatives, identifying and implementing modern technologies and approaches to enhance business operations and customer experience.
* Manage the Digital Product Management lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring products meet market needs and business goals.
* Empower Others through effective mentorship, coaching, and delegation, encouraging a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
* Facilitate productive meetings, workshops, and communication channels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment among diverse stakeholders.
* Utilize strong Influencing skills to gain buy-in from senior leadership and navigate sophisticated organizational dynamics.
* Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes.
* Give to Portfolio Management activities, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management across the digital portfolio.
* Supervise Software Design and Development processes, working closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
* Guide System Design efforts, ensuring robust, integrated, and future-proof architectural solutions.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation and innovation.
* Deep expertise in Agility core practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
* Confirmed experience in Benefits Management and demonstrating tangible ROI for projects.
* Strong understanding of Configuration management principles and tools.
* Solid background in Data design and Data Management methodologies.
* Demonstrated experience in applying Design Thinking to solve complex business problems.
* Track record of successful Digital Innovation and bringing new digital products to market.
* Extensive experience in Digital Product Management, including roadmap development and product lifecycle management.
* Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a focus on Empowering Others.
* Highly proficient in Facilitation and conflict resolution.
* Superior Influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated success in Running change within large organizations.
* Experience with Portfolio Management concepts and practices.
* Strong understanding of Software Design and Development lifecycles and guidelines.
* Proficiency in System Design principles and architectural considerations.

Total Base Pay Range

• 112,000.00 -160,000.00 Annual
