Our 1-year Futureforce internship program in LATAM offers a truly immersive and hands-on experience for ambitious and talented university students.

As a Futureforce intern, you'll gain deep insight into Salesforce's operations within the LATAM market, work on sustained, impactful projects, and become an integral part of your team.

Within Salesforce, our Alliances and Channels team is crucial for extending our market reach and driving revenue by building and managing strategic relationships with external partners - such as System Integrators, Resellers, and Independent Software Vendors. These partners are vital in helping us sell, implement, and innovate with our technology.

You'll support the execution of the Scale Program across LATAM. This role is ideal for a proactive, AI savvy student who wants hands on experience in partner management, business operations, and sales strategy within Salesforce's Alliances team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Scale project in LATAM
• Recruit new partners into the AI-focused track, targeting AI-driven companies
• Support the onboarding process and day to day management of partners
• Track and follow up on partner management activities, including enablement, pipeline generation, pipeline progression, and deal closures
• Monitor and support strategies to ensure consumption on deals involving Scale partners
• Run periodic business reviews with partners to evaluate performance

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree with graduation between December/2027 and June/2028.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Demonstrated passion for technology, business partnerships, and customer success.
