Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Organization: Gather data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and maintaining well-organized databases.

• Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing datasets to extract meaningful insights, identify trends, and support team decision-making.

• Reporting & Documentation: Help design and prepare regular reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for the management team.

• Operational Support: Provide cross-functional administrative and project support, including assisting with meeting preparations, document management, and process improvements.

• Data Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks to verify data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g., Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) or basic programming (e.g., Python, SQL) is a strong plus.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
