We provide reporting solutions or requirements through markets, operations reporting and Markets Leadership Planning to help you take better business decisions.

• Lead the team supporting the R&DA Leadership Pillar, providing strategic leadership on Markets concepts, priorities, and direction.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality reporting, analysis, and actionable insights by nurturing a philosophy of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to build customer confidence fostering a high-performing customer focused culture.
• Instil operational discipline through a consultative approach, ensuring the right questions are asked to fully understand business requirements and deliver the most effective and timely solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior Finance and C&I stakeholders working confidently at leadership level to ensure a thorough understanding of business priorities, requirements and expected outcomes.

Your key responsibilities

• Performing extensive analysis on EY Global revenue which include Headquarter and Inbound revenue along with Tradeflows at service line, industry market, region and account segment level by weekly, monthly and annual results under the guidance of the Financial Controllers/Chief Operating Officers/Chief Financial Officers/Partners/Directors and other finance professionals to identify various operational / business related challenges
• Extensive analysis on Sales and pipeline to understand the total pipeline (wins and losses analysis) with a deep dive analysis by Opportunity, Industry, Region, sector highlighting the positives and the focus areas
• Support Finance and Business leaders on revenue projections, stimulate discussions with the business around backlog and pipeline hygiene to accurately project the revenue
• Communication with Leadership members across the Globe identifying and alerting the key performance indications and explanations thereon.
• Fosters an environment that promotes the sharing of knowledge and leading practices, and builds on learning to serve the organization
• Promotes effective teaming with multitasking capabilities
• Dashboard reporting covering key KPIs on monthly basis
• Stays connected with key stakeholders/customers and builds long-term relationships, through active dialogue on GDS capabilities and thorough understanding their business priorities
• Proactively senses and enables building of future skills for self and team.
• Consistently enhances service delivery, becomes a trusted advisor for the stakeholders by asking the right questions and communicate effectively.
• Regularly contributes to automation and innovation initiatives, leveraging the latest tools and technologies

Technical skill set

• Design and create SQL queries, interpret advance SQL queries and extract or manipulate data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Advanced skills and experience with Power BI Report Development and Proficient in Power BI Service Management.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA or CA. ACCA (or equivalent) desirable
• Knowledge of Hyperion SmartView, Essbase, SQL query and advanced level in Excel
• Experience in SAP desirable
• Experience in working in a globally deployed accounting organization
• At least 9 - 12 years of experience in finance processes and policies
• Experience in managing a similar reporting and analysis function

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Exposure to Power BI, SQL or any other visualization tools
