The opportunity
The GDS USLI SAP Campaign Lead Analyst will lead the planning, coordination and execution of strategic sales campaigns that promote the EY–SAP Alliance across US markets. The role requires strong project and campaign management, stakeholder leadership, communication and content development capabilities, together with the ability to understand technology-related topics and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling campaign assets and deliverables.
Working closely with the GDS SAP Operations Lead, USLI Alliance stakeholders and solution teams, the Lead Analyst will drive campaign planning, content development, stakeholder coordination, execution governance and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring campaign leadership experience, be technology conversant—particularly in relation to SAP and SAP technologies—and be comfortable working across enterprise technology, cloud, AI, analytics and digital transformation topics. Knowledge of SAP is strongly preferred and may be further developed through on-the-job experience and training.
Your key responsibilities
• Technology and Campaign Content Support
o Lead the development and refinement of campaign assets with key stakeholders, ensuring they accurately represent alliance offerings and USLI priorities.
o Translate technical and business concepts into clear, audience-appropriate sales and campaign materials.
o Direct collaboration with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy, strengthen campaign messaging and maintain alignment with campaign objectives.
o Own the development of campaign briefs, stakeholder communications, presentations, enablement materials and marketing assets.
• Campaign Planning and Coordination
o Lead the planning and execution of integrated SAP Alliance sales campaigns for USLI, in alignment with global alliance priorities.
o Define campaign plans, schedules, governance routines and stakeholder engagement requirements across multiple workstreams.
o Drive campaign deliverables from planning through execution, measurement and reporting.
o Own campaign project plans, timelines, action logs, status updates and governance documentation.
o Monitor campaign milestones and proactively manage risks, dependencies and blockers.
o Lead campaign launch readiness, securing required stakeholder approvals and confirming operational readiness.
• Execution and Stakeholder Management
o Hold stakeholders accountable for tasks and deadlines
o Resolve routine delivery issues and escalate critical matters to the GDS SAP Operations Lead when leadership intervention is required.
o Manage milestones and coordinate timely completion of key deliverables
o Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
o Evaluate the effectiveness of completed campaigns; compile regular reports of performance and results
o Provide clear recommendations, decisions required and recovery actions when escalating campaign risks or delivery concerns.
Strong campaign leadership, content management, collateral development and business communication experience within a global, matrixed environment.
Required:
• Strong campaign and project management, organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex topics and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Technology conversant, with the ability to understand, discuss, and support campaigns related to enterprise technology solutions and business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate communications and campaign materials.
• Demonstrated stakeholder leadership and influencing skills across US, global and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to own deliverables, timelines, governance, risks, dependencies, approvals and performance reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to quickly learn alliance strategies, technology offerings, EY services, and go-to-market priorities.
Preferred (capabilities may be further developed through on-the-job experience and coaching)
• Familiarity with SAP solutions, ERP platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Experience supporting alliance, partner, technology, or B2B marketing programs.
• Exposure to technology partnerships such as SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, or similar ecosystems.
• Experience with sales campaign planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, or project coordination.
• Experience coordinating global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with campaign analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
Academics & Experience:
• Graduate or postgraduate degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, Journalism or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated ownership or leadership of campaigns, alliance initiatives, project delivery, business communications, marketing operations, consulting, technology programs or related work.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, cloud, AI, digital transformation, or alliance ecosystems (SAP, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and similar platforms) is preferred but not required.
• Project Coordination or Project Management certification is an added advantage
• Technology-related certifications or training are an added advantage
Familiarity with SAP offerings, SAP alliance programs and commercial motions would be advantageous.
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations, briefing materials and strategic stakeholder communications.
• Exposure to content repositories, knowledge management platforms, editorial calendars and content governance frameworks.
• Experience supporting campaign execution, field activation, internal communications and commercial enablement programs.
• Understanding of content analytics, performance measurement and stakeholder engagement practices.
• Ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams and global delivery environments.
• Experience using automation, AI-enabled productivity tools and workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams and global delivery environments.
• Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word and PowerPoint, for stakeholder coordination, campaign documentation, governance routines and executive-ready communications.
• Microsoft Excel and Power BI for campaign trackers, KPI reporting, dashboarding, performance analysis, insight generation and leadership updates.
Microsoft Planner, Project, Lists or equivalent work management tools for milestone tracking, action logs, RAID management, approval workflows, dependency tracking and status reporting.
• SAP partner ecosystem platforms such as SAP PartnerEdge, SAP Store or equivalent alliance and marketplace platforms for understanding partner motions, campaign assets and joint go-to-market priorities.
• CRM, pipeline and sales enablement platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Seismic, High spot or equivalent tools for campaign-to-sales alignment, lead visibility, enablement content and follow-through tracking.
• Marketing automation, email marketing, webinar, event management and analytics platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, ON24, Teams Live Events, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics or equivalent tools.
• Data visualization, workflow automation and collaboration tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Viva Engage or equivalent platforms, to improve campaign operations, feedback collection and reporting efficiency.
