Seeking a AWS Developer to design, build, and support cloud-native, serverless, and containerized applications. The role involves developing scalable backend microservices, integrating complex data pipelines across enterprise platforms, automating cloud infrastructure, and maintaining robust CI/CD practices in an Agile environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Engineering graduate with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience on the AWS Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Amazon ECS Fargate.
• Proven track record with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM policies, and federated authentication (OAuth2 / OIDC).
• Hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform with Git.
• Strong expertise in backend development using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Skills on React JS is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Aerospace domain is desirable

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput backend microservices and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational data models and queries on Amazon RDS and Aurora PostgreSQL, ensuring high availability and multi-AZ failover capabilities 
• Implement scalable, low-latency NoSQL data stores using Amazon DynamoDB, optimizing data access patterns, indexing, and point-in-time recovery 
• Build and manage serverless workflows, event-driven architectures, and API endpoints using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Implement and maintain data integration pipelines connecting cloud applications with enterprise data lakes and external systems.
• Write, maintain, and deploy repeatable, secure cloud environments using AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with frontend teams (React.js) to ensure seamless API integration and performance.
• Establish and maintain automated CI/CD deployment pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
• Monitor system performance, manage logging, and set up alerts using AWS CloudWatch and security tools.
• Involved in daily operational issues (incidents/problems), manage application integration requests/changes and participate actively in case of any issues.
