Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Demonstrated success delivering complex technical, cybersecurity, or IAM initiatives
Strong technical aptitude; ability to quickly understand new technologies and architectures
Ability to partner effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams to drive informed decisions
Project management experience required; PMP or similar certification preferred, with demonstrated technical delivery experience strongly valued
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive complex IAM projects end to end, actively managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
Develop sufficient technical depth to partner effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams
Translate complex objectives into clear, actionable execution plans
Coordinate across organizational processes and cross-functional dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
Proactively identify obstacles, develop solutions, drive timely resolution, and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain strong execution discipline, accountability, and transparent reporting throughout delivery
Apply project management methodologies pragmatically to support successful outcomes
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
