Job Summary:

The Customer Service Support organization at Pratt & Whitney AutoAir (PWAA) is a team of highly qualified, results driven individuals that are considered the key interface to PWAA customers. Our team thrives on transparent proactive communication with our customers.  Active cross functional engagement is vital and enables our team to provide timely and accurate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting and Pricing

  • Contract Review

  • Customer Status Reports

  • Customer Communications

  • Assist other departments with various required tasks / Internal communications.

  • On time delivery report review

  • Initiate variety of documents (material disposition, warranty)

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience to include contract review, customer communication, cross functional communication and other business processes.

  • US Citizenship due to government contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage time-sensitive, high-pressure situations without supervision.

  • Results oriented, customer-focused with a bias for continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, time management, and decision-making skills.

  • Aerospace industry experience

  • SAP experience
