Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis for the Seating Business Unit
  • Coordinate with Operation Leads for the Annual Operating Plan and Monthly rolling forecast 
  • Closely work with Finance Shared Services for Capex, General Accounting, Interco and Accounts Payables related to Seating BU 
  • Responsible for the month end closing of books for Seating BU and HFM reporting
  • Coordination of Seating Headcount with the recon in Workday and HFM
  •  Labor Reporting Systems for utilization and actual labor hours reporting
  • Support the Cost per Hour (CPH) computations and Operations Metrics for the BU  
  • Report out to Department Heads Monthly results and support cost reduction initiatives
  • Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
  • Any other duties as maybe assigned by the Finance Controller

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Manufacturing set up, metric driven company
  • Preferably CPA
  • Knowledge in SAP under Manufacturing set up is an advantage
