Required Qualifications
- Experience around 7 to 11 years, in Adobe Target implementation and experimentation along with Launch, Tagging, Analytics & Adobe Experience platform – WebSDK.
- WebSDK exposure is mandatory.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Strong experience in debugging client-side implementations, working with Browser developer tools, debugging frameworks and network requests.
- Expert level in implementing and troubleshooting A/B testing and personalization solutions with strong understanding of Single Page Applications (SPA) data layers, XDM schemas, event-driven tracking architectures.
- Experience with enterprise digital analytics and customer experience optimization programs.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum, product development methodologies with a strong trait of collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Educational Qualifications
- B.E. / B. Tech
- Certification in Adobe Stack / Adobe Target Preferred
- Masters/ MBA / MCA would be an added advantage.
Adobe Target & Experimentation
- Design, develop, and implement A/B tests, Multivariate Tests (MVT), Experience Targeting (XT), and Personalization activities using Adobe Target.
- Evaluate experimentation requirements and determine the technical feasibility of implementation.
- Develop custom Adobe Target activities using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement and validate audience targeting strategies and personalization experiences.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, and developers to translate experimentation requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure experimentation activities adhere to performance, accessibility, and governance standards.
Technical Development
- Develop and modify front-end experiences using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Create custom scripts and solutions to support complex experimentation scenarios.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues related to Adobe Target activities.
- Validate experiment execution across browsers, devices, and environments.
- Work closely with development teams to implement server-side and client-side experimentation solutions.
Debugging & Troubleshooting
- Perform deep-dive debugging of Adobe Target implementations and experiment delivery issues.
- Analyze activity qualification, audience membership, mbox requests, profile scripts, and offer rendering issues.
- Investigate tracking discrepancies and identify root causes affecting experiment performance.
- Support production troubleshooting and incident resolution related to experimentation deployments.
- Utilize browser developer tools, Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, and network analysis tools for issue investigation.
Analytics & Tagging Collaboration
- Partner with analytics teams to ensure experiments are measured correctly.
- Validate experiment data collection and reporting accuracy.
- Support integration between Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
- Collaborate on Web SDK and Adobe Launch implementations to enable experimentation and measurement.
