The opportunity 

We are seeking for a Functional Microsoft Dynamics F&O Architect under our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations team. Our Consulting team is part of EY’s Europe Central cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region, and other countries internationally. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting. 

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. 

• Configure system modules, define workflows, and perform functional testing in collaboration with technical teams. 

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test scripts. 

• Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation. 

• Work closely with developers to design and validate customizations, reports, and integrations. 

• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption. 

• Participate in solution reviews, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing best practices and recommendations on process optimization. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. 

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certification preferred. 

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a functional consulting role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012). 

• Proven experience in full-cycle implementations — from requirements gathering to go-live and support. 

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of consultants.

• Experience in one or more of the following domains: 

• Finance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting 

• Supply Chain: Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, Warehousing 

• Project Operations / Management Accounting 

Skills & Competencies: 

• Strong understanding of business process flows and cross-module dependencies. 

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional designs. 

• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to work effectively in client-facing environments and cross-functional teams. 

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic project requirements.
