Your key responsibilities

• Preparing analyses and opinions in various areas of law; in particular, corporate and commercial, competition, financial, pharmaceutical and labor law
• Participating in preparation of client transactions and subsequent preparation of implementation and other documents, as required
• Cooperating with colleagues from other services lines and countries in preparing joint projects, often for major international and Slovak companies
• Monitoring legal news and changes andassessing their potential impact on clients of our law firm
• Engaging in continuous learning not only in law, but also in other advisory-related areas, through internal or external training and cooperation with more experienced colleagues

Skills and attributes for success

• Master’s degree in law
• Previous work experience is not required, but is considered an advantage
• Fluent in Slovak and English


• Strong communication skills and effective time management
• Interest in participating in client engagements and contributing innovative ideas
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Team player with a desire to grow professionally and pursue continuous learning

• PC literacy (advanced in both MS Office and MS Excel)
