In Aftermarket Supply Chain there is an open position for an Operations Compliance/Procurement Manager.  The primary focus of this position will be to lead the aftermarket compliance with regard to direct material, indirect material, engine center procurement, repair unit procurement, with support to all engine programs in the Aftermarket network.   Also, this manager will also be looked upon to measure procurement activity in all units, audit/compliance success, ITC adherence, and be a change leader in the organization.   The secondary focus will include commodity management responsibilities with defined activity for Indirect Purchasing.  This position will report to the Senior Manager of Commercial Engines Aftermarket Supply Chain in East Hartford CT.

What You Will Do:

• Aftermarket Compliance Oversight
• Own the compliance process for direct material, indirect material, engine center procurement, and repair unit procurement within the Aftermarket network.
• Measure procurement activity across all units, audit/compliance success, ITC adherence, and lead change initiatives within the organization.

Subject Matter Expertise

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Repair Purchasing processes, providing technical expertise and guidance to the ASC team.
• Act as the Purchasing focal for various internal and external audits, addressing compliance matters related to procurement.

Documentation and Standards

• Ensure that both internally produced and supplier-produced documents meet all compliance requirements.
• Own and maintain the purchasing manual, standard work, and desktop instructions for all purchasing processes.

Audit and Compliance Activities

• Develop and implement audit protocols, conduct internal audits on key purchasing activities, and verify data accuracy and adherence to standard work.
• Communicate audit findings effectively to all Aftermarket purchasing personnel.
• Investigate compliance audit findings or process escapes, drive issue resolution, and implement mistake-proofing measures.

System Expertise

• Serve as the SME on SAP P10 and Ariba systems for the Aftermarket network.
• Act as focal for the S/4 HANA implementation for the Aftermarket Supply Chain.

Ethics and Compliance Leadership

• Act as the Local Ethics & Compliance Manager for the Aftermarket Supply Chain, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience; Or Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Ethics and Compliance
• Advanced level experience with SAP for the purpose of purchase order review, approval, documentation and other related work.
• Project management experience

• Experience leading with influence to drive business results
• Prior cross functional team work experience
• Experience supporting training and development of new associates

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
