Job Overview

The Associate Director, Client Service is a strategic leader within IQVIA's Global Market Insights (GMI) business, responsible for leading a team of Client Service professionals supporting Syndicated Analytics solutions, including Analytics Link and associated market intelligence offerings. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional client experiences, drives adoption and utilization of IQVIA data assets, and enables clients to generate actionable business insights from complex healthcare market information.

Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients, the Associate Director combines deep understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare market dynamics with strong commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities. The role partners closely with Commercial, Product, Operations, and Analytics teams to accelerate client value, retain and grow revenue, and support the execution of strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders across pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of IQVIA's syndicated data portfolio including the Analytics Link ecosystem
• Lead the development and execution of client success plans that support retention, growth, and long-term partnership objectives.
• Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of client satisfaction.

• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to support revenue growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to account planning and commercial strategies that increase penetration of Syndicated Analytics products and services.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption of Analytics Link capabilities through consultative engagement and value demonstration.

• Maintain deep expertise in IQVIA syndicated data assets, Analytics Link functionality, reporting tools, methodologies, and healthcare market analytics and guide clients in interpreting complex market data, competitive intelligence, patient, prescriber, and payer dynamics. 
• Lead the successful delivery of client service commitments, ensuring consistent execution across multiple accounts and market segments.
• Establish governance processes, service standards, and performance metrics that drive operational efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor account health, client engagement, product utilization, and delivery performance through data-driven management.

Qualifications & Experience - our ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in client service, healthcare analytics, market research, or information services.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical industry data, syndicated analytics, or IQVIA solutions preferred.
• Strong understanding of IQVIA data, products, methodologies, and client service processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic client relationships and complex projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading change initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence/reporting tools.
