Roles & Responsibilities
The Customer Data Grid (CDG) Application Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and support of the CDG platform within the SAP IS-U transformation program. The role ensures a consistent, accurate, secure, and governed customer data foundation across SAP IS-U and the broader utility application landscape.
The position serves as the primary functional and technical lead for customer master data, customer information synchronization, data governance, data quality, migration, and enterprise integration. The role supports Customer Service, Billing, Metering, Collections, Field Operations, reporting, analytics, and Digital Customer Engagement capabilities.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Minimum 8+ years of enterprise application consulting or delivery experience, including at least 5+ years in Customer Data Management, Master Data Management, Customer Information Systems, SAP IS-U, or utility transformation programs. Prior experience leading customer data integration and migration initiatives is required. ‘
Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 a year
