Amazon MGM Studios produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video, including "Culpables Saga," "Apocalipsis Z," "La Virgen Roja," "Su Majestad,", "Zeta", "Cochinas" and "Reina Roja."
We are looking for a Creative Development Coordinator to join our Spain-based team, reporting to the Head of Movies & Scripted. This role focuses on creative coordination and operational support — you will work closely with the Junior Creative Executive and senior team members, ensuring the development pipeline runs efficiently. You will provide logistical, administrative, and organizational support across both movies and scripted series, helping keep projects on track from submission through development.

Key job responsibilities
Creative Coordination
- Provide logistical support for creative meetings, and development calls — preparing agendas, coordinating schedules, taking detailed notes, and distributing follow-up action items.
- Preparing presentations for quarterly reviews with support from executives.
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate scheduling with external producers.
- Maintain a checklist for each project to ensure major milestones are met.
- Coordinate and set up kick-off calls and project meetings.
Creative Development Support
- Provide logistical and administrative support to the development of select movie and scripted series projects
- Assist in preparing coverage, script notes, and creative feedback materials under the guidance of the Junior Executive and senior executives.
- Assist in preparing and organizing materials for presentations and internal reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Business Affairs, Marketing, PR, and Finance teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage internal trackers to keep all teams informed about development processes: talent and production companies involved, key dates, materials, etc.
- Manage internal tools to support the development process.
- Manage development materials — file in corresponding folders and activate translations for sharing with teams.

Project Management & Reporting
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines across the development slate.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English at C1 level or above
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing databases, tracking systems, or project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some experience working in the entertainment industry (production company, broadcaster, studio, or agency).
- Some experience in script reading, coverage writing, or creative evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience at a TV network, broadcaster, production company, or streaming platform.
- Familiarity with the Spanish entertainment industry and its creative community.
- Experience coordinating development slates or managing creative submissions pipelines.
- Passion for movies and series with a broad knowledge of genres and formats.
- Exposure to working with creative talent (writers, directors, producers).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
