Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
· 10+ years of hands-on experience in application design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support using Microsoft technologies.
· Strong experience with modern .NET, including .NET 10, .NET 9, and .NET 8, along with earlier .NET and .NET Core versions used in legacy applications.
· Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework 4.x, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Windows Services, and legacy application maintenance or modernization.
· Advanced proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and design patterns.
· Full-stack development experience using Angular or React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and reusable component development.
· Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven solutions, and secure system integrations.
· Hands-on AWS experience with EC2, ECS or EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, IAM, and CloudFormation or AWS CDK.
· Experience containerizing applications with Docker and deploying workloads through Kubernetes or AWS-managed container services.
· Strong database skills using SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including schema design, stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and performance optimization.
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated builds, code quality controls, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment automation.
· Working knowledge of application security, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, RBAC, encryption, secure coding, vulnerability remediation, and audit logging.
· Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with architecture, security, infrastructure, QA, operations, and business teams.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable .NET full-stack applications.
· Develop and enhance back-end services using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and appropriate integration patterns.
· Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular or React and ensure a consistent user experience across supported browsers and devices.
· Modernize legacy .NET Framework applications by assessing dependencies, defining migration approaches, and incrementally transitioning workloads to supported .NET versions and cloud-native architectures.
· Design and implement AWS solutions using managed compute, storage, database, integration, monitoring, identity, and security services.
· Create technical designs, solution diagrams, API specifications, coding standards, test strategies, deployment plans, and support documentation.
· Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code templates, quality gates, and release processes.
· Perform code reviews, enforce engineering standards, mentor developers, and support technical decision-making.
· Optimize application performance, reliability, observability, scalability, and cloud cost efficiency.
· Investigate production issues, complete root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and improve monitoring and alerting.
· Collaborate with product owners, ar chitects, QA, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, operations, and business stakeholders.
· Lead a small to medium development team in an onsite-offshore delivery model and provide transparent status, risk, dependency, and issue reporting.

· Experience leading technical delivery for small to medium teams in an onsite-offshore model.
· Ability to estimate work, plan delivery, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues.

Salary Range $115,000 - $125,000 a year
