As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Antenna Calibration, you will own the end-to-end program management of antenna calibration system development, from requirements definition through design, integration, and test. You will define and manage the interfaces between hardware and software subsystems, drive alignment across engineering teams on requirements and technical approach, and organize cross-functional efforts to deliver calibration solutions on schedule. This role carries direct responsibility for system-level program and project management, including ownership of the calibration test strategy and design trade-off decisions. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Own the program roadmap and execution plan for antenna calibration system development, including defining milestones, managing dependencies, and driving delivery across multiple engineering teams
- Define, document, and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications between hardware, firmware, and software components
- Drive the calibration test strategy, including test architecture, measurement methodology, and pass/fail criteria, in partnership with RF and systems engineering teams
- Coordinate integrated hardware/software development efforts, ensuring alignment across mechanical, electrical, RF, and software disciplines
- Identify and manage technical risks and trade-offs, escalating decisions to leadership with clear data and recommendations
- Establish and maintain software release processes, including CI/CD pipeline management, build and deployment schedules, version control practices, and cross-team coordination mechanisms
- Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, automated build and deployment processes, and software release management
- Experience with test automation frameworks, software-driven measurement systems, or data pipeline development
- Familiarity with RF calibration, phased array systems, or satellite communication technologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
