工作职责**

* 操作和监控生产设备，确保生产过程顺利进行。
* 根据操作规程，组装、加工或包装产品。
* 执行产品质量检查，识别并报告不合格产品。
* 遵守所有安全规章制度，维护工作区域的整洁和安全。
* 协助进行设备日常维护和故障排除。
* 准确记录生产数据和报告。
* 与其他团队成员有效协作，以实现生产目标。

任职资格**

* 高中或同等学历。
* 具备制造或生产环境下的工作经验者优先。
* 具备基本的机械操作或工具使用能力。
* 能够理解并遵循书面和口头指令。
* 注重细节，具备良好的问题解决能力。
* 身体健康，能够长时间站立、搬运重物（在合理范围内）并适应倒班工作。
* 具备团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力。
