• Lead strategic direction and maturity roadmap for TBM Capabilities 

• Proactively analyze total cost of ownership for product and applications to identify duplication, cloud waste, and application rationalization opportunities to cut costs across Technology spend 

• Drive the migration from manual budgeting spreadsheets into automated forecasting and budgeting models 

• Synthesize complex data from the Senior Analyst into executive-grade financial narratives, explaining the “why” behind spending shifts to business unit leaders 

• Align team around the TBM strategy, vision, and operating model 

• Manage complex TBM initiatives impacting multiple Technology organizations 

• Influence executive stakeholders through insights and recommendations 

• Identify cost optimization and savings opportunities 

• Establish enterprise standards for technology financial and operational management 

• Drive optimization, cost transparency, and value realization initiatives 

• Lead and develop TBM team members 

• Represent the TBM Office in strategic planning discussions 

• Other Duties as Assigned  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Engineering, or a highly technical equivalent. 
• 6-8 years in corporate finance, ITFM leadership, or consulting 

Key Requirements: 

• Advanced financial acumen. 

• Proven track record bridging communication between IT leadership and Finance. 

• Experience driving process improvements and workflow adoption.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00 per year.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
