Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time.  Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers.  Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.  Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines:  Reliability System Safety and Supportability.


Job Summary:

As an F-15 Depot Cybersecurity ISSM (Information Systems Security Manager), you’ll implement DOD 8510.01 and AFI 33-200 Risk Management Framework (RMF) and you’ll be responsible for the implementation of cybersecurity controls for the entire system (e.g., security of policy/people, operations/environment and technical).

Located onsite at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA

This position is posted as ONSITE.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Responsibilities include the following:

Work closely with USAF and other government stakeholders.

  • Preparing all system documentation, including:
    • System Security Plan,
    • ISCM Plan
    • Disaster Recovery Plan
    • Incident Response Plan
    • Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)
    • Privileged Access Agreements
    • System eMASS management
    • SLAs,
  • In this role you’ll also:
    • Obtain certification of cybersecurity controls
    • Submit and acquire the system Authority-to-Operate (ATO)
    • Maintaining compliance per the Information System Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) Plan activities throughout the system lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically Requires: Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5 years of relevant Cybersecurity experience.  An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position
  • CISSP OR CASP certification
  • Experience performing system cybersecurity implementation, testing and/or evaluation
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with stand alone test stations
  • Experience with depot operations
  • CISSP-ISSEP certification
  • Experience working on DOD networks and platform IT systems
  • Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
  • Leadership experience
