Entwicklungsingenieur im Bereich Optik (m/w/d) - Stuttgart Area | Airbus Job

Job Description:

Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung von optischen Systemen und Subsystemen im Bereich zukünftiger Generationen „Laser Communication Terminals“ (LCTs) unter Berücksichtigung von "Design for Manufacturing" (DfM)
• Weiterentwicklung der optischen Systeme und Subsysteme der bestehenden LCT-Produktfamilie hinsichtlich Robustheit und Kosten  
• Unterstützung zur Entwicklung opto-mechanischer Designs
• Entwicklung Integrations-, Justage- und Testkonzepte in Abstimmung mit der Fertigung
• Normgerechte Spezifizierung optischer Komponenten
• Entwicklung optischer Testkonzepte und Durchführung von Prototypen-Performancetests
• Unterstützung bei der Spezifikation der Anforderungen für Tests an Serienprodukten sowie Beurteilung von Ergebnissen optischer Systeme und Subsysteme
• Beurteilung der optischen Subsysteme und Lieferantendesigns hinsichtlich Performance, Machbarkeit und Robustheit   

Qualifikation:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Physik, Optical Engineering, technische Optik o.Ä.)
• Kenntnisse in Zemax (OpticStudio)
• Erfahrung in Optikdesign (Berechnung und Dimensionierung, Tolerancing, Spezifizierung optischer Komponenten); idealerweise unter Berücksichtigung von DfM Methodiken
• Kenntnisse in Meta-Modelling oder ähnlichen Methodiken zur Ermittlung und Optimierung von Sensitivitäten und Robustheiten ist wünschenswert
• Erfahrung im Bereich der Konzeptionierung und Durchführung optischer Tests
• Kenntnisse in optischer Fertigung (Fertigungsverfahren, Schlüsselparameter) wünschenswert
• Analytisches Denkvermögen, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Kundenorientierung und Organisationstalent sowie ausgeprägtes Termin- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
