The candidate for this co-op position will report to the Engine Accessories Program (EAP) General Manager within Aftermarket Customer Service. The candidate should possess outstanding leadership, interpersonal and project management skills.  Additionally, applicants should have excellent communication skills as he or she will have the opportunity to interface with peers, management, Collins’ Aerospace Senior Leadership, and customers.  This individual will be responsible for specific project deliverables, decision support assistance and support of operational and organizational performance. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to focus on results and strong analytical skills as the individual will have the opportunity to drive the success of our organization. The candidate must possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. It is expected that the candidate will be comfortable working with large amounts of technical data as well as assembly drawings, and Component Maintenance Manuals, to identify corrective action based on his or her analysis of the data. This role will introduce the candidate to our customers within the EAP portfolio and the daily processes necessary to ensure the success and support of each customer program.

This is a remote role.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing component data utilizing various reporting tools       

  • Assist in creating custom repair workscopes

  • Review quotes received from MRO’s to ensure contract compliance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Student is working towards a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
