About the Role

Join Accenture's Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, where we help organizations successfully adopt new ways of working through people-focused transformation. As an HR Change Lead, you will drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness activities that enable successful HR transformation outcomes. You will work closely with business, HR, and project teams to help organizations navigate change effectively and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR-focused change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement activities.
• Assess organizational impacts arising from HR transformation initiatives.
• Analyze current-state operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design communication plans that build awareness and support adoption.
• Develop and coordinate training, learning, and adoption activities.
• Implement programs and interventions that prepare the organization for change.
• Develop practical solutions using established methods, tools, and assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment and successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management, HR Transformation, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications, and adoption planning activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that explain the impact of technology-enabled change on employees, processes, and ways of working.
• Passion for leveraging AI and proven experience applying AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
