COMPLETE Program Analyst (Onsite) - HNC31: US095-Winston-Salem (Fairchild 1455 Fairchild Road , Winston-Salem, NC, 27105 USA

The Modifications and Upgrades Program Management Office is seeking a Program Analyst to support a critical planning role for the department. This position will be responsible for ensuring all sales orders are entered into the Enterprise Resource Planning tool within the expected turnaround time, running audit reports to ensure accuracy of submittals and coordinating with the program management team on required updates to dates or other order changes. This role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC. Relocation is available.

Primary Responsibilities:

• This person will support the Program Management Office and the program team in the successful execution of programs.
• Sales order entry and management
• Develops processes, templates and work instructions to support day-to-day program activities.
• Prepares and provides program presentation materials to provide information on status and performance against metrics.
• Attends weekly program status meetings, to include WAR (Walk Around Review) board and line schedule reviews.
• Conducts training on new processes and procedures.
• Other program support activities as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Excel
• Adobe Acrobat
• Web applications and technology (JDE, Primavera)
• Experienced in  working independently to identify solutions for unique problems.
