Opportunities Available​ 

​We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team during the Summer of 2027. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across digital marketing and related commercial marketing functions, where you will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop professional skills and contribute to impactful business initiatives. In addition to supporting digital marketing activities, the internship is designed to provide a broad understanding of communications strategies, processes and tools, with exposure to Marketing Communications, Marketing Operations, Tradeshow & Events, Marketing Technology and other commercial functions that support customer engagement and business growth.  

 

Responsibilities include supporting the execution of Stryker Joint Replacement's digital marketing strategy; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling digital content and campaigns; tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations; researching and monitoring industry trends to identify engagement opportunities; and contributing to projects across a variety of communications initiatives.  

 

 

Majors Targeted: Marketing, Business, Business Administration/Management, Communications 

 

 

$20 min hourly wage – $35 max hourly wage, sign-on bonus, 11 paid holidays annually, and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend, dependent upon hiring location 

 

 

What You Need​​ 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.​ 

• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred) 

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.​ 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships 

• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. 

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, etc.) for business purposes.  

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics is a plus.
