Do you want to build the tools and mechanisms that reshape how Amazon recruits and grows new sellers in Brazil? The BR New Seller Recruitment (NSR) Sales Operations team turns manual, time-consuming Sales routines into scalable products, automations, and data mechanisms. As Sales Ops Program Manager, you will own the delivery of high-impact programs across our portfolio-driven lead prioritization, and WBR/MBR reporting platforms — coordinating engineers, analysts, and Sales leadership from idea to launch. You will work backwards from Account Managers' needs, run A/B tests to prove impact, and turn results into decisions that move the business.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of small-to-medium cross-functional programs across the NSR product and automation portfolio, from requirements through launch and stabilization.
- Work backwards from Account Managers, Sales leadership, and internal stakeholders to define scope, success metrics, milestones, and roadmaps.
- Coordinate automation engineers, business analysts, and partner teams (BI, Registration, Marketing, Leads), driving alignment and removing blockers.
- Design and run A/B tests and data mechanisms to measure impact (e.g., pipeline-to-launch conversion, cycle-time reduction) and translate results into go/no-go and expansion decisions.
- Establish reporting, risk management, and delivery best practices; communicate status and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders up to senior leadership.

About the team
We are the BR New Seller Recruitment (NSR) Sales Operations team. Our mission is to make Sales teams faster and smarter by replacing manual routines with products, automations, and data mechanisms. We are a builder-minded group who ship fast, test with real users, and measure impact obsessively. We work closely with Sales leadership, BI, Marketing, and Registration to turn ideas into tools that move the business for 3P sellers in Brazil.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
