Job Summary:

Commercial Serviceable Assets (CSA) is a Pratt & Whitney entity responsible for managing used material and engine business.  The CSA accounting organization is responsible for managing the monthly closes, financial reporting and audits for unserviceable material across all Pratt programs.  The team strives to distribute meaningful, analyzed data monthly to support the sales team and management.   

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare SAP journal entries to support monthly and quarterly closes.

• Prepare HFM supplemental entries and documentation support/Audit Checks.

• Assist with SOXA testing requirements.

• Assist in audit requests.

• Prepare cash disbursements utilizing E-Pay.

• Take a proactive role in supporting special projects and WAVE initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related majors and have a GPA of 3.2 or higher..

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

• Fluent in English (verbal/written).

• You will have at least 30 credits prior to starting your internship and are graduating between Fall 2024 – or later.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be able to work with a diverse team.

• Business Systems: SAP, HFM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).
