Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

10+ years with UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma to create intuitive, user-centric, and visually appealing digital experiences. candidates will have experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

· 10+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Human-Centered Design.

· Design user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications.

· Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into design improvements.

· Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.

· Ensure responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices.

· Work closely with development teams for smooth design-to-development handoff.

· Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.

· Strong expertise in UX research methodologies and design best practices.

· Experience planning and conducting research activities, including qualitative and quantitative studies.

· Proficiency in creating:

o User Flows

o Process Workflows

o Customer Journey Maps

o Information Architecture (IA) Maps

o Wireframes and Interactive Prototypes

· Hands-on experience conducting: 

o User Interviews 

o Usability Testing 

o User Validation Sessions 

· Research Synthesis and Insights Generation 

· Strong understanding of Enterprise Design Systems and component-based design approaches. 

· Ability to define and maintain design standards, accessibility guidelines, and UX governance. 

· Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.

· Proactive and result-oriented leader, adept in mentoring and motivating the dynamic team to exemplary performance.

· Strong communication, collaboration, and team building skills with proficiency in grasping new technical concepts quickly.

Salary Range $110,000 - $125,000 a year
