• Analyze source systems and identify data required for migration into Kinaxis.
•Understand supply chain business processes, data flows, and Kinaxis data model requirements.
•Define and document source-to-target data mappings, business rules, and transformation
requirements.
•Partner with business stakeholders, Kinaxis consultants, and Data Engineering teams to translate
migration needs into technical specifications.
•Perform data profiling, gap analysis, and data quality assessments.
•Validate migrated data through reconciliation, testing, and defect resolution.
•Support SIT, UAT, mock migrations, cutover, and go-live activities.
•Identify data dependencies, ownership, hierarchies, and governance requirements.
•Troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis during migration cycles.
•Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
•Create and maintain migration documentation, data dictionaries, and mapping specifications.
•Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes, master data management, and enterprise
data structures.
•Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, ETL concepts, APIs, and system integrations.
•Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
•Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or other supply chain planning
platforms preferred.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 a year
