  • 7 to 15 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Mainframe technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Mainframe application development and support using COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2.
  • Proven experience working in the Banking and Financial Services domain with an understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop, enhance, and maintain mission-critical Mainframe applications.
  • Strong knowledge of DB2 database programming, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience in troubleshooting production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
  • Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and support activities while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
    Salary: $70,000 - $120,000
