Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with business users, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Facilitate discussions with business teams to clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Design, implement, and support Spring Batch jobs for large-scale data processing and integration.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Serve as a technical lead and mentor for junior developers.
Coordinate development activities with offshore teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Manage task assignments, code reviews, and technical guidance for distributed teams.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
