Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 8-11 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack application development.

• Strong hands-on development experience with React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

• Proficiency with UX research, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.

• Experience using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.

• Experience creating reusable design systems, component libraries, style guides, and accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG principles.

• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, asynchronous interactions, state management, micro-frontends, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Excellent stakeholder communication, design presentation, problem-solving, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

• Experience designing interfaces for GenAI assistants, conversational applications, RAG solutions, or autonomous AI agents.

• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments such as banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.

• Knowledge of front-end automated testing, performance optimization, analytics instrumentation, and secure coding practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled UX / UI Engineer with 8-11 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for enterprise-grade applications and AI agent solutions leveraging the AWS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX research and UI design capabilities with hands-on front-end development using React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, architects, and backend development teams.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $116,000 a year
