Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
•Experience with PLM Implementation, Upgrade and Migration with a minimum of 5-7 years in Windchill PDMLink.
•2-3 End to End Implementations.
•Experience of PLM solution specification, configuration and implementation
•Broad understanding of application and technology integration frameworks
•Expertise with the application of structured methodologies for defining, implementing and maintaining end-to-end solutions using package solutions
•Demonstrable track record of successful delivery in a number of large-scale, high profile projects involving both business and IT components
Roles & Responsibilities
• The primary responsibilities for the Windchill lead will include
oManage stakeholder expectations and align the project accordingly
oCollaborate with client program manager regarding project related activities
oInteract with Business Analysts to clarify and understand requirements
oTranslate the requirements to Design
oAnalyze and prepare As-Is and To-Be documentation
oUnderstand downstream integrated applications and functionalities
oWindchill configuration and customizations to meet the requirements
oProvide proof of concept (POC) if required
oHelp onsite team to prepare documentation
Generic Managerial Skills:
•Proven project/program management and change management skills and expertise
•Strong experience of project definition and planning, requirements gathering, analyzing and definition and process mapping
•Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities
•Excellent business communication skills, verbal and written skills
•Experience in managing the Technical and functional team
Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000 a year
